浩瀚色谱建立聚乙二醇1中环氧乙烷和二氧六环的测定方法.方法:采用HH-1毛细管柱(30 m×0.53 mm×3.00μm),程序升温,氢火焰离子化检测器.结果:环氧乙烷、二氧六环分别在0.61~ 30.32μg·mL-1、5.85~292.6 μg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好.环氧乙烷高、中、低三浓度水平平均回收率为106.9%,其RSD为3.5%(n=9);二氧六环高、中、低三浓度水平平均回收率为107.2%,其RSD为2.2%(n=9).结论:建立的测定方法灵敏、准确,可用于聚乙二醇中环氧乙烷与二氧六环的测定.
