浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司用弱酸性吸收液采集无组织废气中的三甲胺,加入碱液后,在一定的温度下经一定时间的平衡,吸收液中的三甲胺逸至上部空间,并在气液两相中达到动态的平衡。此时,三甲胺在气相中的浓度与它在液相中的浓度成正比。用氢火焰离子化检测器对气相中的三甲胺进行测定。实验结果表明,在无组织废气吸收液体积为10.0 mL,采样体积为20 L时,三甲胺的检出限是0.003 mg/m~3,线性良好,相关系数为0.9997,加标回收率为85.0%-100%。初步建立了顶空气相色谱法测定无组织废气中三甲胺的方法。

After adding alkaline solution, the trimethylamine in the absorption solution escapes to the upper space at a certain temperature and reaches dynamic equilibrium in the gas-liquid phase after a certain period of time. At this point, the concentration of trimethylamine in the gas phase is proportional to its concentration in the liquid phase. Use a hydrogen flame ionization detector to determine trimethylamine in the gas phase. The experimental results showed that when the volume of unorganized exhaust gas absorption solution was 10.0 mL and the sampling volume was 20 L, the detection limit of trimethylamine was 0.003 mg/m3, with good linearity and a correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The spiked recovery rate was 85.0% -100%. A preliminary method for determining trimethylamine in unorganized waste gas using headspace gas chromatography has been established.
