浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司，采用HH-FFAP毛细管柱建立工作场所空气中二硫化碳的气相色谱测定方法。方法:以毛细管柱对被测样品中的二硫化碳进行分离,火焰光度检测器(FPD)进行检测。结果:二硫化碳浓度在0.02μg/ml~6.0μg/ml呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999;检出限为0.02μg/ml,最低检测浓度为0.03 mg/m3(以采集3.0L空气样品计);相对标准偏差小于5.0%,平均回收率为98%。结论:方法各项指标均符合GBZ/T210.4-2008《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分:工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中二硫化碳的测定。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a gas chromatography method for the determination of carbon disulfide in workplace air using HH-FFAP capillary column. Method: Carbon disulfide in the tested sample was separated using a capillary column and detected using a flame photometric detector (FPD). Result: The concentration of carbon disulfide showed a good linear relationship between 0.02 μ g/ml and 6.0 μ g/ml, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999; The detection limit is 0.02 μ g/ml, and the minimum detection concentration is 0.03 mg/m3 (based on collecting 3.0L of air sample); The relative standard deviation is less than 5.0%, and the average recovery rate is 98%. Conclusion: All indicators of the method comply with the requirements of GBZ/T210.4-2008 "Guidelines for the Development of Occupational Health Standards Part 4: Methods for the Determination of Chemical Substances in Workplace Air", and are suitable for the determination of carbon disulfide in workplace air.
