浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司，提出了用HH-790CH4-GC便携式甲烷转化炉-反应－气相色谱法测定微量ＣＯ和ＣＯ２气体的方法．试验了载气流速、反应温度和催化剂的装置位置等与ＣＯ和ＣＯ２转化为ＣＨ４的关系．得出了最佳条件：载气流速４０～６０ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ；反应温度：分离温度６０℃．以标气为参照，测定了气体中微量一氧化碳，二氧化碳，获得了满意的结果．方法的相对偏差在±５％以下，此法也适用于金属中微量碳的测定．

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. proposed a method for determining trace amounts of CO and CO2 gas using HH-790CH4-GC portable methane conversion furnace reaction gas chromatography. The relationship between carrier gas flow rate, reaction temperature, and catalyst device position and the conversion of CO and CO2 to CH4 was tested. The optimal conditions were obtained: carrier gas flow rate of 40-60mL/min; Reaction temperature: Separation temperature of 60 ℃. Using standard gas as a reference, trace amounts of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the gas were determined, and satisfactory results were obtained. The relative deviation of the method is below ± 5%, and this method is also applicable to the determination of trace carbon in metals
