GB 5009.296-2023 National Food Safety Standard - Determination of Vitamin D in Food
This standard specifies the method for determining vitamin D in food.
The first method of normal phase chromatography purification - reverse phase liquid chromatography is suitable for the determination of vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 in foods with added ergot calciferol or bile calciferol.
The second method of online column switching reverse phase liquid chromatography is suitable for the determination of vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 in food.
The third method, liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, is suitable for the determination of vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 in food.
