浩瀚色谱建立石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱（GC）法测定石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量,使用氢火焰离子化检测器检测,检测温度250℃,进样口温度200℃,以高纯度氮气为载气。结果桉油精的回归方程为Y=1 364.478X-5 910.56,r=0.999 2（n=6）,表明桉油精在9.05~180.98μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为99.69%,RSD为1.43%。结论该法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,经方法学验证,本法可用于石榴健胃片中桉油精的含量测定。
