Haohan Chromatography was used to establish a gas chromatography analysis method for ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in food additives polyethylene glycol. A 12% sorbitol chromatography column was used, and the sample was extracted by methanol ultrasound and detected by flame ionization detector (FID) at an inlet temperature of 250 ℃ and detector temperature of 280 ℃. The content of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol was determined by external standard method. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in the range of 10-200mg/L, with correlation coefficients of 0.9992 and 0.9999, respectively. The average recovery rates were 93.0%~101.2% and 92.8%~101.3%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.60%~2.32% and 0.86%~3%, respectively.. 27%.
