浩瀚色谱建立空气中二氧化碳的气相色谱直接测定方法。采用HQ填充柱对空气中二氧化碳与氧气、氮气的分离,使用TCD测定。结果显示,该方法空气中二氧化碳的检出限为181 mg/m~3,进样量为1ml气体。方法重现性可以满足要求,相对标准偏差为1.7%~9.1%。样品室温可以保存7 d。提示,该方法适用于工作场所空气中二氧化碳含量检测工作。
