HJ 1013—2018《固定污染源废气非甲烷总烃连续监测系统技术要求及检测方法》中线性误差指标的检测方法与规程规范中常规线性误差不同,称为以引用误差表示的示值误差更合适,但分析表明,经线性校准后测量得到的示值误差与手动计算得到的线性误差步骤和结果是一致的。当仪器存在多种校准模式时,多点非线性校准得到的各项指标最佳,但是不同浓度区域对应的仪器灵敏度不同,信号微小变化对应的浓度变化差异大,容易被作为一种作弊手段对测量结果进行修正。基于信号-浓度线性关系设计的仪器,就应强制进行线性校准,或者采用信号值替代浓度值用于相关指标的检测,才能更科学地评价仪器的计量性能。
针对污染源废气中的非甲烷总烃,采用传统方法操作过程繁复。基于这种认识浩瀚色谱对双通道气相色谱法展开了分析,结果表明采用该方法能够通过一次进样获得两组标样数据,能够快速有效进行甲烷、氧和总烃定量分析,获得精准度较高非甲烷总烃测定结果。

The detection method for linear error indicators in HJ 1013-2018 "Technical Requirements and Detection Methods for Continuous Monitoring System of Non methane Total Hydrocarbons in Fixed Pollution Source Waste Gas" is different from the conventional linear error in regulatory specifications. The indication error represented by reference error is more appropriate. However, analysis shows that the indication error measured after linear calibration is consistent with the linear error steps and results calculated manually. When there are multiple calibration modes for the instrument, multi-point nonlinear calibration yields the best performance indicators. However, the sensitivity of the instrument varies in different concentration regions, and small changes in the signal correspond to significant differences in concentration changes. This can easily be used as a cheating method to correct measurement results. Instruments designed based on the linear relationship between signal and concentration should undergo mandatory linear calibration, or use signal values instead of concentration values for the detection of relevant indicators, in order to more scientifically evaluate the metrological performance of the instrument.
Traditional methods are cumbersome to operate for non methane total hydrocarbons in waste gas from pollution sources. Based on this understanding, the analysis of the dual channel gas chromatography method was carried out, and the results showed that this method can obtain two sets of standard sample data through a single injection, and can quickly and effectively perform quantitative analysis of methane, oxygen, and total hydrocarbons, obtaining high-precision non methane total hydrocarbon determination results.
