2、色谱条件与系统适用性试验：以己二酸乙醇酯为固定相，涂布浓度为0.5%，柱温为60℃，检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器，大蒜素峰与内标物质峰的分离度应符合要求。校正因子测定取苯己酮适量。加正己烷溶解并稀释，制成每1批中含10mg的溶液，作为内标溶液。另取三硫二丙烯对照品约30mg，精密称定，置10ml容量瓶中，精密加入内标溶液1ml，加正己烷稀释至刻度，摇匀，取1-2ml注入气相色谱仪，计算校正因子。
3、测定法：精密吸取本品适量（约相当于三硫二丙烯30mg），置分液漏斗中，用正己烷振摇萃取3次（每次2ml），分出正己烷层，置10ml容量瓶中，精密加入内标溶液1ml，加正己烷稀释至刻度，摇匀，取1-2UL注入气相色谱仪，测定，计算。
