本标准规定了大蒜及制品(蒜粉、蒜片、蒜油)中大蒜素类硫醚化合物(二烯丙基三硫醚、二烯丙基二硫醚)含量的气相色谱测定方法。
本标准适用于大蒜及制品(蒜粉、蒜片、蒜油)中二烯丙基三硫醚(DATS)和二烯丙基二硫醚(DADS)等大蒜素类硫醚化合物含量的测定。
本标准方法的检出限为DATS0.9mg/kg;DADS为0.5mg/kg。

NY/T 1800-2009 Determination of Allicin in Garlic and Its Products by Gas Chromatography
This standard specifies the gas chromatographic method for determining the content of allicin sulfide compounds (diallyl trisulfide, diallyl disulfide) in garlic and its products (garlic powder, garlic tablets, garlic oil).
This standard is applicable to the determination of diallyl trisulfide (DATS), diallyl disulfide (DADS) and other allicin sulfide compounds in garlic and its products (garlic powder, garlic tablets, garlic oil).
The detection limit of this standard method is DATS0.9mg/kg; DADS is 0.5mg/kg.
The linear range of this standard method detection is DATS: 3.5mg/L~3500mg/L; DADS:2.0mg/L~2000mg/L。
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. used a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer to determine some components of garlic oil. A total of 10 sulfur-containing compounds were identified with dipropenyl trisulfide, dipropenyl disulfide, and methylpropenyl trisulfide as the main components. Obtain the relative percentage content of each component based on the area normalization method.
