浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司研究水中微量及痕量三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的测定方法。方法利用三氯甲烷、四氯化碳在水中的弱溶解性,采用静止顶空气相色谱法,用DC550色谱柱进行其微量及痕量分析。结果三氯甲烷在0.00~20.0μg/L浓度范围、四氯化碳在0.00~1.00μg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,其r值分别为0.9998和0.9996,而三氯甲烷的最小检出浓度为0.19μg/L、四氯化碳的最小检出浓度为0.01μg/L,回收率在95%~110%之间。结论该方法干扰少,无二次污染,用此法进行矿泉水、井水、纯净水、水源水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳的测定,结果满意。
