浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司采用HH-790CH4-GC便携式甲烷转化炉安捷伦7890FID气相色谱法分析烃类中的微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳的可行性。方法:选取乙炔及乙烯作为本次的研究样本,采用岛津2014气相色谱仪及安捷伦GC8890氢火焰离子化检测器于同一环境中对样本进行多次测定。观察并记录样本中一氧化碳及二氧化碳的含量。结果:于高浓度的乙炔及乙烯中均检测出二氧化碳及一氧化碳,且转化率温度越接近380℃,二氧化碳的转化率越高。结论:采用FID气相色谱法分析烃类中的微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳,分析结果准确可靠,且操作便利,适用范围广,值得推广。

The feasibility of using HH-790CH4-GC portable methane converter Agilent 7890FID gas chromatography to analyze trace carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in hydrocarbons by Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. Methods: Acetylene and ethylene were selected as the samples for this study, and the samples were measured in the same environment by Shimadzu 2014 gas chromatograph and Agilent GC8890 hydrogen flame ionization detector. Observe and record the content of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the sample. Results: Carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide were detected in high concentration acetylene and ethylene, and the higher the conversion temperature was, the higher the conversion rate of carbon dioxide was.
